HEALTH AND WELLNESS

One of the easiest things to gain control over yet seemingly out of reach for many is each individual's Health and Wellness. People spend millions of dollars and endless energy on attaining both and too often, it either isn't attained or not sustained. Both Health and Wellness result from personal choices that each individual makes. The consequences of those choices determine their well being. The basis of this is one's diet. A diet is the most important factor that there is when it comes to overall well being. A consist of what energy a person absorbs into oneself which produces diet or what a person eats on a daily basis, and thought or how a person processes the information they are exposed to. Although there are other factors that contribute to a person's overall well being, these are the most pertinent.

The biggest obstacle people are facing, is that their diets are being determined by forces outside of themselves. Meaning what the majority of what people ingest and ponder is determined by corporations through mass media, marketing and social conditioning. Their ultimate goal is profit. As a result, decisions made by individuals are based on information which is contrary to the development of their state of being. At the end of the day, the sicker people are, both mentally and physically, the better it is for capital gain. What will be done here is to offer alternatives as to what you can do to improve your well being by taking control of your diet so that they benefit yourself rather than the companies that capitalize off of your ailments.

What has been known for thousands of years among indigenous people throughout the world is that we are energetic beings and is that both your thoughts and food contribute to your state of being.  At root of those decisions is one's diet.
